Maria Juarez-Reyes

Description

Dr. Juarez-Reyes received her PhD in Health Psychology, MD and Internal Medicine residency training from the University of California at San Francisco. Her focus during medical training was in Behavioral Medicine. In 2010, she became board certified in Integrative Medicine through American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine. She is currently a Clinical Associate Professor in the Division of Primary Care and Population Health, Department of Medicine, Stanford University. She is currently the Director of Behavioral Health Group Medical Visits and serves as Site Director for Internal Medicine Residency program at Stanford. She developed “Beyond Stress”, a six-week group intervention for patients with stress, anxiety, and depression.
